Refund and Reschedule Policy
Each session at HRDragonFly.com is created with care and intention. Because time and energy are set aside especially for your appointment, all sales are final and refunds are not available.
If you need to make a change, you may reschedule up to two hours before your scheduled session using the link in your confirmation email. If it is less than two hours before your appointment, your session can only be rescheduled by contacting Holly directly at holly@hrdragonfly.com.
In-person sessions cannot be rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance. Once an in-person session is booked, that time is reserved and confirmed.
